In summer, the front garden offers the opportunity to end the evening relaxing. Table and chairs are available and a grill can also be borrowed upon request. The host couple ensures comfort and organizes breakfast and the like on request. Two dogs live in the house but have no access to the upper floor. Parking is easily available on the street in front of the house.

The rural location of the property is good for reaching various destinations. Munich Airport, Erding and Wartenberg can be reached in a few minutes by car. Munich, Freising and Landshut are also easily accessible. A baker is within walking distance.
