How do I contact the landlord?

You can generally contact the landlord by telephone, E-Mail or the integrated booking request form on the detailed page of the listing. By using the booking request form, the room seeker has the possibility to ask for a non-binding request with detailed information about the stay. The landlord receives the request via E-Mail and can also review it in the personal customer area under requests.

I forgot my password - how do I proceed from there?

Click onto Login at the top right and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your E-Mail address or customer number. You will then receive an E-Mail with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and create your new individual password in the next step.

Why are my pictures not displayed after uploading?

All changes need around 15 minutes after saving to appear online. If the pictures are still not displayed, please contact our customer support team.
