All rooms are equipped with TV and a highspeed WLAN connection and are only a few minutes walk from the center. Only 10 minutes from the train station in a very quiet location. Furthermore, renovated common bathrooms and a common room with kitchen are available.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. For monthly prepayment we offer 20% on the indicated room price.

Rental price includes VAT, bed linen and weekly cleaning. (Bed linen change possible on request with extra charge). Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. In case of violation we charge 250 EUR, in case of repetition we withdraw from the accommodation contract without right of refund.
