The property is in a very good location in the south of Regensburg. The highway connection to the A3 can be reached in 3 minutes. A bus stop is right outside the front door. The old town can be reached in about 20 minutes. All facilities for daily needs (supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) are within walking distance.

Each single apartment has a small pantry kitchen with 2 hotplates, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave. The living room has a single bed, a spacious closet with a table and chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Each residential unit is fully furnished and fully equipped. The living space is approximately 19 square meters. The balcony or terrace for the apartments on the ground floor is spacious and invites you to relax in the fresh air.
There is a washing and drying room in the basement. The washing machines and dryer work with a wash app.
An underground parking space can optionally be rented. Indoor and outdoor bicycle storage facilities are also available.
The apartments can be occupied subject to availability. Minimum rental period 1 month, for long-term stays please ask about our special rental conditions!
