Quality comes before quantity with us, and we offer a clean and comfortable apartment where your technicians can relax after a long day at work.

Our spacious 85m² apartment accommodates up to 5 people in a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom configuration. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, with a stove, oven, 2 refrigerators with freezers, dishwasher, and microwave. The daylight bathroom features a shower and a large bathtub, along with a washing machine and ample drying rack. The cozy living room comes with a TV for entertainment.

The outdoor area is currently being renovated and will be available for future summer evenings. A large seating area has already hosted many enjoyable evenings.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property (extends to the outdoor area), and towels and bed linen are provided regularly. Ample free parking space for cars and vans is available in front of the house.

The net price for a 7-day stay (minimum rental period) is €125.00 per night for the entire apartment (including electricity, water, and other utilities), plus a cleaning fee of €50.00-€100.00 (depending on the degree of cleanliness). Shorter stays are subject to a 10% surcharge. We require a security deposit of €350.00.

Supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, and cafes are within easy walking distance.

There is good train connectivity to Bad Homburg/Frankfurt am Main and to Usingen/Grävenwiesbach. The A661, A3, and A5 motorways are reachable within a few minutes by car.
