The 92m² apartment has been freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard. It is located directly on the Weser in a location close to the city. Hamelin's old town can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour. The apartment has three bedrooms with a total of 5 comfortable upholstered beds. There is a 40" Smart TV with NETFLIX access in each bedroom.

In the combined living/dining room there is a large couch with a living room table. It is also equipped with a 55-inch smart TV for shared TV evenings. The large dining table offers all guests enough space to eat together. From the living room you can access the balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Weser flowing past directly behind the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO capsule machine. All utensils that you need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. are of course sufficiently available. The cozy bistro table with two bistro chairs transforms the cooking space into a place where people enjoy spending time.

The bathroom has a bathtub in which you will find space for both bathing and showering. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.

In the basement you will find a washing machine and a heat pump dryer, which you can use free of charge.

The apartment has 2 parking spaces, which can also accommodate small vans.
