There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for one person. (However, the beds can also be practically connected to create a double bed for one person in each of the three rooms.)

All rooms are equipped with desks and high-speed internet.
Each bedroom has large Samsung TVs with Amazon Fire TV sticks for streaming and media libraries.
A private parking space for a van / car directly in front of the house for you personally.

The kitchen is also fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, a coffee machine, cooking utensils, microwave, a kettle and a washing machine. Everything you need for a long-term stay.
The privacy of your employees is guaranteed. The apartment is made available exclusively to your company so that no strangers are accommodated.

Practical location - In just 17 minutes by car you can reach the Hafencity construction site, the port of Hamburg in Harburg or Hamburg city center. The highway entrance can be reached in 4 minutes. There is a bus stop right next door. From there you can reach the Bergedorf S-Bahn station in just five minutes by bus or in ten minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The beds are freshly made on arrival. Towels are provided. By arrangement, an intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen can take place every two weeks.

No pets, parties, smoking or other overnight guests in the apartment. Respectful interaction with neighbors.
