Rental period
The minimum rental period is two months (with extra charge) or three months (without extra charge).

Rent
The warm rent of 1,795 EUR per month includes electricity costs for normal use (up to 250 kwh per month). Unusual additional consumption of electricity would be charged according to costs. All other utilities are included and paid in a lump sum with the warm rent.
