We rent a fully equipped 2 room apartment with approx. 43 square meters in a quiet location.

In the living room there is a sofa with sleeping function for emergencies, satellite TV, a stereo system and a dining table. Various books for those interested are also available. Next to the living room is the cozy bedroom with bed, workplace and comfortable armchair for reading, listening to music or relaxing. The workstation in the bedroom is equipped with W-LAN and LAN as well as plenty of sockets. In the kitchen you will find an electric grill and everything you need. This includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and everything else you need. The bathroom is largely barrier-free with a large walk-in shower, raised WC, lowered washbasin. The terrace with table, chairs, parasol and Hollywood swing in our large garden invites you to relax in the shade of the cherry trees.

The small and large Comburg castles are just a short walk away. Lake Steinbach (not a bathing lake) is almost behind our garden. The center of Schwäbisch Hall is within walking distance.

As a tenant you should have no problems with dogs as several dogs live on the property.
