This property is located opposite the Leo gas station on Oldekopstrasse at number 11. The gas station has a small supermarket and a parcel station. Parking is free on Oldekopstrasse, subject to availability, and there is also a parking garage right in front of the door. If desired, a parking space in the backyard can be rented too, depending on availability.

The apartment is about 100 square meters, consists of 3 bright rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, two separate toilets, one of which is a shower room. A washing machine is available, and WLAN can be set up on request.
There is space for 6 to 8 single beds (of course single beds).
All beds are made out of a solid metal frame, single beds with slatted bases (no bunk beds). Each bed has its own chest of drawers and its own clothes rack (closet).
This property is professionally cleaned and is therefore clean and disinfected. Bed linen is provided on request. If you need more space, please contact us anyway, as we have flexibility due to two neighboring properties.

The property is very clean and has two separate toilets, is very quiet and very centrally located. It is only a 2-minute walk to the main train station with numerous snack bars, bakeries and shops. Downtown is also within walking distance. Gas station and swimming pool is right in front of the door. The nearest constuction store can be reached in less than 1 minute, OBI in less than 5 minutes by car and the highway too.
We are interested in groups and long term renters. Our rooms are professionally cleaned and will be cleaned.
