I offer a business apartment/fitters’ apartment for 1 to 6 people with single and double rooms, available for long-term rental of the entire apartment/apartments to companies with an unlimited contract. The minimum rental period is four days.
The apartments are centrally located with excellent transport connections. Each room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, nightstand, table and chairs, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, hob, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery). The apartments have free and unlimited internet access, and free parking spaces are available in front of the house. Behind the house, there is a cozy garden and barbecue area.
The fully equipped apartment offers everything for a comfortable stay: kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV are included. The location is ideal – the bus stop is only 200 m away, and restaurants such as Delphin Grill and Moana Hut can be reached within 300–600 m. Supermarkets (EDEKA, Aldi), petrol stations, and EV charging stations are also only about 400 m away. Everything you need for your daily life is within easy reach.
