1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed. 2. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the contract term. 3. If the guest does not use the contractual services, he or she is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, less any expenses saved by the innkeeper.
