The house has two single rooms, two double rooms and one triple room. All rooms are furnished with single beds, bedside tables and cupboards/dressers.
The accommodation is only for you for the entire period you rent.
After work you can make yourself comfortable together in the large living room with couch and large smart TV.
The dining area, which is integrated into the living room, offers a large dining table and invites you to linger.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has all cooking utensils, crockery, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, two large refrigerators and a large freezer.
The lounge also has a small work area with a desk.
The house has a toilet with toilet, urinal and sink on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a bathroom with a double sink, toilet and shower.
Furthermore, there is another large bathroom with double sink, toilet and rain shower on the upper floor. Another seating option is provided by the large covered terrace, which also serves as a smoking area. You can grill on the terrace.
There is internet throughout the house.
The long and wide driveway directly at the house offers space for at least 6 cars and/or vans/trucks.

We offer intermediate cleaning, as well as a change of towels and bed linen, weekly for €40 each, or fortnightly for €60 each. The costs are calculated separately.
