Welcome to our House – Ideal for Technicians & Groups in Leimen/Heidelberg
Are you looking for reliable accommodation for your team? Our well-kept house in northern Leimen is located directly on the border to Heidelberg. Thanks to excellent transport links and various shopping facilities nearby, it is the ideal base for your assignments in the region.
We offer two separate units that can be rented individually or together (for a total of up to 14 people).

*** Wohnung #1 (Ground floor – 1 to 4 people) ***
- Rooms: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people.
- Bath: Bathroom with bathtub (towels included).

*** Wohnung #2 (1st + 2nd floor – 5 to 10 people) ***
- Rooms: 5 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds.
- Kitchen: Large kitchen including dishwasher and dining table for 8 people.
- Sanitary: One large bathroom with shower/WC plus an additional separate guest toilet.

*** Features & Comfort ***
- WiFi: Free internet in both apartments.
- Linen: Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- Laundry: Washing machine and dryer available in the basement for shared use.
- Flexibility: Arrival and departure times possible by individual arrangement.

*** Important Note on Parking ***
The house is located in a residential area. Parking in the surrounding area is free of charge everywhere, but please note:
- Parking situation: As the streets are narrow and busy, finding a parking space directly near the house can be difficult at times.
- Vans & Large Vehicles: For very large vehicles (vans/trucks), it is often difficult to find a spot directly at the house.
- Our Recommendation: A commercial area with sufficient parking is only 700 meters away. We recommend that larger teams use this area to guarantee stress-free parking.
