In Jülich Bourheim, you will find our comfortable worker accommodation, SW7, which offers an ideal living solution for up to ten people in a total of four bedrooms.

Our friendly accommodation combines modern accents with a functional interior that invites relaxation after a long workday. Four cozy bedrooms are available, each equipped with single beds. We have placed special emphasis on the acquisition of high-quality mattresses and ensured that the sleeping areas can be very well darkened. Each bedroom features a 43” Smart TV.

The entire house has fast Wi-Fi, which is, of course, included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped for ten people and, together with the dining room, offers ample seating for communal meals. Naturally, there are two generous refrigerators with freezer compartments. Additional appliances such as a kettle, microwave, coffee maker, as well as all cooking utensils, glasses, cups, and dishes, are also included in our offer. An oven, an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher are also available.

The bright and friendly daylight bathroom with a toilet and a shower-tub combination provides ample space for daily grooming. On the ground floor, there is an additional daylight toilet, ensuring no unnecessary waiting times even when the house is fully occupied.

In the spacious basement, there is a modern washing machine, allowing work clothes to be conveniently and freely cleaned on-site. Laundry can also be dried directly here.

There are free parking spaces right in front of the house, but the offer also includes an easily accessible private garage just a few meters away.

The A44 motorway is only a 4-minute drive away, and the A4 can be reached in just 13 minutes. The SW7 accommodation is very well connected but also very quiet, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The neighborhood is relaxed and tolerant.
