On the lower floor there are two separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in a separate (doorless) room adjoining the living room:

On the upper floor there are a total of three separate rooms with three double and two single beds:

The minimum number of people is four, the minimum booking period is 3 days.

In the case of longer rental periods, washing machines and dryers can be provided and cleaning assistance can be booked by prior arrangement and for a fee.

Parking facilities also for delivery vans are protected and secluded in front of the house, to which a private path leads.

There is a direct connection to the motorway (<5 min). Shops for daily needs are close by.
