WiFi is free. A private garden sauna is available for an additional fee. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. EV charging nearby.

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, WiFi, and all utilities as a one-time package.
Long-term stays possible: prices by arrangement

This lovely cottage stands on the edge of a former small holiday area on a hilltop, surrounded on three sides by forest. The property, with nearly 1,500 square meters, borders the forest on two sides and offers a view over the whole valley and the surrounding area. Here, you experience pure nature.
Since its construction, the house has only been used a few days each year as a private, high-standard holiday home. The furnishings are therefore still in like-new “original condition” and are rented as “vintage.” Immerse yourself in the era of the 1980s—almost everyone finds “relics” from their childhood here. Spring core sofa, tube TV, wall tapestries, Allibert bathroom cabinet, and gold-rimmed dishes let our guests take a trip into the past.
Our little village Knüllwald-Niederbeisheim can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Here you will find a small grocery shop, a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bee museum. Various restaurants are located in and around the village. The area is also known for its beautiful hiking and cycling trails.
Niederbeisheim is located in the northern Hessian Knüllwald, which has direct access to the A7 motorway. The towns of Melsungen, Homberg/Efze, Rotenburg an der Fulda, and Fritzlar are easily reached. A little further away, you’ll find the world-famous destinations Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, the Museumslandschaft Hessen Kassel, and Lake Edersee.
