The house is in Birkenallee in Uelzen (not Oldenstadt!) and can be reached quickly from the ring road. Parking spaces are directly in front of the door, a parking space in the yard on the property.

Description

The house offers comfortable accommodation for workers and travellers in a quiet location for 2 - 10 people. Additional persons can be accommodated in the neighbouring house (bungalow for 4 - 8 persons).

The 90 and 95 m² flat on the upper floor consists of 3 to 4 rooms and are ideal for 3 to 5 people. There is a large living room/bedroom, which can also be used as a common room, as well as further rooms, which are well suited as workplaces with large desks. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area in the conservatory invites you to cook and linger. The shower room has a large mirrored wardrobe or place for nescessary things, the hallway has a cloakroom and shoe cupboard to keep things tidy.

There is a compact 45 m² flat with a separate entrance in the annexe, which can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It comprises a small, well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a bedroom and a cosy bedroom/living room.

All flats are equipped with WiFi, streaming services and cable TV. For leisure activities, there is a communal garden with various seating options, including a barbecue.
