- Bed linen included with 14-day change
- At least 1-2 Smart TVs (40 inches) with satellite reception
- Free internet and WiFi in every room, including on the terrace (free of charge)
- Own washing machine in the apartment (free use)
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- Hotel safe for safe storage of valuables
- Large garden grill for barbecue evenings with seating area in front of the entrance door
- Cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner
- Intermediate cleaning possible at any time on request
- Bed linen change possible at any time if employees change
- Large fenced parking lot (also possible for trucks)

Prices and availability:
Weekly booking (7 nights) from 20 euros per person/night
Monthly booking from 18 euros per person/night
Annual booking from 16 euros per person/night
(Prices apply when a complete apartment is fully occupied, e.g. 6 beds = 6 people, as well as seasonal demand)
The price includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, garbage fees and heating.
