The historic two-family house (built in 1890) consists of a total of two separate apartments (one on each floor), which vary in size:

➡️There is a four-room apartment (85 sq m) with three bedrooms on the first floor

➡️And a seven-room apartment with six bedrooms in the attic including a loft (160 sq m).
The following rooms/bedrooms would be available in the attic:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 x 200 cm), one single bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 x 200 cm), one single bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds
Bedroom 4: Loft with four single beds (peak height 1.40 m)
Bedroom 5: Loft with two single beds
Bedroom 6: Loft with four single beds

Large living room with kitchen and two tables that can accommodate everyone (there are also two sofa beds).

1 additional toilet with sink

☀️The location is truly fantastic, as a 5-minute walk offers impressive views of the "Schönfelder Hochland", Dresden, and the TV tower. It's also a perfect starting point for hikes through the heath and into Saxon Switzerland, or for walks through romantic valleys and fields.
At the same time, you can quickly reach Dresden's city center: The bus stops almost on the doorstep, so you can reach the trendy "Dresdner Neustadt" district in 20 minutes.

The property includes its own parking space (one space for each apartment).
Smoking is also permitted on the covered outdoor terrace if necessary, so as not to disturb other guests.
Inside, it's cozy, bright, spacious, and lacks nothing, although the furnishings are simple and practical.
It's not a hotel or luxury vacation apartment; the price is deliberately unbeatable.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included, as are the accommodation tax and a parking space. Internet and Wi-Fi are available free of charge, as is a washing machine.
