We offer you a 160 m² house. It is located in a quiet yet well-connected area near Wertheim and is perfect for craftsmen, commuters and business travelers. The house has various rooms, including single, double and multi-bed rooms.
In total, the house offers space for up to 11 people. The rooms are comfortably furnished and each has a TV so that you can relax after a long day at work. Of course, free WLAN is also available.

The modern fitted kitchen, which is located on each floor, is ideal for self-catering and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. The house also has two bathrooms with a bathtub and WC as well as a separate guest WC. A washing machine is available for your laundry.

Hygiene is very important to us. The rooms are cleaned weekly and fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is a non-smoking area. However, a covered smoking area is available on the balcony or terrace. Take advantage of our barbecue facilities for relaxing hours outdoors - perfect for finishing off the day with your colleagues after work.
Parking is available in the immediate area of the accommodation and the A3 highway can be reached quickly and easily.
A cleaning fee of €10 applies for bookings of less than three days.
For longer stays, the rental price can be reduced by arrangement. The price is negotiable.
