We offer you beautiful single, double and multi-bed rooms on two floors. The house is in a quiet city location, the center with cafes and shops can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot. You can park your car in the courtyard or in front of the property, a free public parking lot is about 100 m away. The A3 motorway is about 7 km away, Würzburg about 27 km, Lohr about 16 km, Wertheim about 13 km, Karlstadt about 19 km.

All rooms have WiFi, TV connection (satellite) and are non-smoking rooms.

The kitchen is set up for shared use with a dishwasher, several refrigerators, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machines (filters and pads), dishes and seating.

The living room is set up for shared use with a TV (cable/entertain package and satellite) and seating. A projector can be used.

Two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as an additional separate toilet, are available for shared use (all with windows). A washing machine is available free of charge.

Lockable lockers for 10 people are also available free of charge in the basement.

You can relax and smoke comfortably on two large balconies (accessible to everyone).
