The flooring has been freshly laid, and the kitchens are fully equipped for comfortable cooking. A new Siemens washing machine and modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, are at your disposal.

The apartments are non-smoking areas, but there is a terrace where you can relax. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Private bathrooms are provided with all necessary hygiene products and fresh towels.
