Our accommodation offers large, spacious rooms with LED 50-inch Smart TV, wardrobes, large refrigerators with freezer compartments, bedside tables and a separate seating area in large rooms. All foreign channels can be watched on TV (IPTV). Very good, fast WIFI. Parking with garage on request. LIDL, ALDI, REWE, bakery just around the corner. 10 minutes from the main Daimler Sindelfingen plant. Kitchens, toilets and bathrooms are separate on each floor. A washing machine and drying room is available. The common rooms are cleaned several times a week. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the bed linen is changed every 14 days. Spacious outdoor areas invite you to grill and relax in the summer. The prices depend on the duration, number of people and type of occupancy.
