Each unit has its own bathroom and its own kitchenette: fridge, 2 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, kettle, TV, fan, WiFi. Cook for yourself instead of eating out every night. The bed (180×200 cm, fixed in place) is a continuous double bed, not two separate single beds – important if two colleagues are sharing a room. Premium rooms also come with an additional sofa with a pull-out bed function. Smoking is not permitted indoors; the garden is available for a break after your shift. Free laundry facilities on site.

Short distances instead of long journeys:
- Motorway access and Messe Dornbirn (exhibition center) each approx. 5 minutes by car
- Right on the main road, directly by the Dornbirner Ach river
- Paid parking next door (daily or monthly rate)
- Free parking (Mon–Fri from 6:00 PM, Sat from 12:00 PM) approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Supermarket approx. 5 minutes on foot
- "Sägercenter" bus stop approx. 3 minutes on foot

Check-in and check-out are fully contactless via access code and access card – no waiting, no need to arrange a time, whatever time you arrive.
