We are familiar company which is offering on 180m² 7 different rooms with 2 community bathrooms and a community kitchen. We have single-/double- and threebedrooms for rent. All rooms are equipped with a flatscreen and Sat-TV, free Wifi, a fridge, table and seatings, fly and moskitoprotection in front of the windows, louvres,... All rooms are non-smoking rooms! We value cleanliness and calm and we want that our guests feel and sleep well! That´s why we use in nearly all rooms bigger sized beds. There are enough possibilities for parking your car, also trucks are able to park on the side of the street. Although we are in a dead end and it is really quiet, we are only 1,8km away from the citycenter. Within the next 2 km there are many possibilties to go shopping, eating, whatever! The "Nordbad" is just 1,5km away, the same like the "Studio 84", in which you have the possibility to make sport for a fee. If you have interest in this, please tell us before arrival.
