Each apartment features single beds with fresh bed linen and towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and ample dishes and cutlery. A washing machine with drying rack is available in every apartment, along with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fast Wi-Fi (250+ Mbps) and Smart TV with all major streaming apps provide entertainment after work. All apartments are non-smoking — smoking is permitted in the courtyard.
The location is central yet quiet: supermarket, restaurants and the city centre are within a 5-minute walk. A bus stop is right around the corner. A storage shed in the courtyard is available for tools.
