Welcome to our three apartments on Jean-Paul-Straße in Kulmbach. Each apartment offers 59–70 m² of living space (ground floor and 1st floor 69.9 m² each, 2nd floor 59 m²) with 3 bedrooms and 2 single beds each — room for up to 6 people per apartment, up to 18 people in total.

Each apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and ample dishes and cutlery. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine with drying rack is available in every apartment, along with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fast Wi-Fi (250+ Mbps) and Smart TV with all major streaming apps provide entertainment after work. All apartments are non-smoking — smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
