Each unit has its own kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils, as well as a private bathroom with a toilet. Towels are provided.

Behind the building, there is a large parking lot, suitable for vans or work vehicles, available free of charge to all guests. Additionally, a large terrace in front of the building invites guests to relax, available for everyone to use.
