Contractor apartment in Nuremberg-Schweinau on Schwabacher Strasse. The building used to be an office block and was converted into apartments, so the rooms are generously sized. The underground and shops are within walking distance; the port, the A73 motorway and the Fraenkischer Ring are only minutes away.

Three separate bedrooms with single beds provide six sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils. A washing machine is available, the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

WiFi, TV, radio and a desk are part of the equipment; bed linen, towels and cleaning products are included. The building has a lift and step-free access, parking is free of charge. Self check-in by arrangement.

Rooms can be rented individually or the whole apartment for teams. Minimum stay 3 nights. We speak German, English, Romanian and Spanish.
