The accommodation is located on the quiet Schanzenweg 2, nestled in a well-kept residential building with a separate bungalow annex. The apartment was completely refurbished between January and March 2025 and modernized with great attention to detail – from new wiring and elegant floors to a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen. We place great emphasis on quality and comfort: In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious 2x2 meter bed with two premium Emma One mattresses for optimal sleep comfort. Additional pillows, blankets, a baby bed (available upon request), a wardrobe, a bedside lamp, and a jewelry tray create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living room offers two comfortable sofa beds (1.50 x 2.00 meters) and (1.95 x 1.00 meters) – ideal for families or groups. For one of the sofas (1.95 x 1.00 meters), an exclusive topper is available to further enhance comfort. In the adjoining dining area, you’ll find a large solid wood table with chairs – perfect for shared meals. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: oven, stove, coffee machine, modern kitchen appliances, and plenty of cooking utensils. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired – with a washing machine, hairdryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, everything is prepared for your stay. Modern amenities include a Smart TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking right in front of the building.
