Access is easily achievable from the A65 highway, taking the exit for Kandel-Mitte / Rheinzabern, or via the B9 federal road. There are ample parking facilities on-site, including spaces suitable for larger vehicles such as VW buses, Sprinters, Iveco, and similar.

Guest apartment / worker's apartment in a central, quiet location with many amenities.

The freshly renovated ground floor apartment, approximately 160 sqm in size, consists of two single rooms, one double room, one two- to four-bed room, accommodating up to 7 people (all single beds). It includes a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet, along with an additional separate guest toilet. There's also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a spacious fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, and kettle), a separate dining area with an extra-large table. The apartment also features a large terrace with outdoor seating. Parking is available right at the house, even for larger vehicles like transporters. High-speed internet with 1.5 Gbit bandwidth (suitable for multiple simultaneous video conferences) is provided for free via WiFi/WLAN in all rooms. All rooms are newly furnished, freshly renovated, and equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area/terrace.

In our freshly renovated basement apartment (approximately 75 sqm), we have space for an additional 4 of your employees, allowing you to accommodate up to 11 employees, including larger teams. The amenities are identical to the ground floor apartment, as described on Monteurzimme.de.

The location offers easy access to the S-Bahn towards Karlsruhe and Germersheim, a supermarket open until 10 PM, local cuisine, and a pizzeria in the area. It's 6 km to the A65 highway with direct access to the B9, providing excellent connections to Karlsruhe, Germersheim, and Landau. The property is near LOreal, Daimler Benz, Miro, Palm, Stora Enso, and more. There's a vast network of bike paths, several lakes in the vicinity, and a fitness studio in the town.
