Are you looking for a second temporary home where you can feel completely at ease? In our modern furnished and freshly renovated apartments you will find a pleasant atmosphere and enough peace and quiet to recharge your batteries after a hard day's work. Our aim is to make you feel at home!

Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped for 3 to 4 people. We only rent out complete apartments, not individual rooms. In the accommodation you will find single or double rooms with comfortable single beds.

Initial bed linen is provided for you, please bring your own towels.

A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and separate WC are of course available for your exclusive use.

Each room is equipped with Smart TV and you can use free Wi-Fi, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing evening.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available in the building.

Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

In the garden you can relax in the greenery and enjoy the evening after work.

Esslingen Berkheim is idyllically situated above the center of Esslingen, in a quiet location but still easily accessible. You can reach the city center of Esslingen or Stuttgart by car in just a few minutes, as well as the A8 freeway and thus the airport and the Stuttgart trade fair. Even without a car, you are flexible and mobile with public transportation. Esslingen Berkheim is your ideal starting point for work and leisure activities. You will find the Festo Academy in the immediate vicinity, for example.
