Our newly renovated, barrier-free basement apartment offers fitters and teams of craftsmen everything their hearts desire: two cozy bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room), a fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and a terrace with a fantastic view of the Ebersberg. Free Wi-Fi, good mattresses, private parking space right outside the door - everything is just right here. Pets are welcome by arrangement!

The newly renovated basement apartment is located in a quiet side street and is completely barrier-free - ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Covering around 60 m², the apartment has two bedrooms - one of which is a walk-through room - which are furnished with comfortable single beds, high-quality mattresses, storage space for clothes and some with a TV. A sofa bed is available for additional comfort and there is a power socket next to each bed - perfect for charging your cell phone or working on your laptop.

The open dining area invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The daylight bathroom with modern walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine ensures a pleasant start to the day. A separate WC provides additional comfort.

A real highlight is the quiet terrace with a wonderful view of the Ebersberg - ideal for a relaxing break after work. You can park your car conveniently right outside the front door.
