The streets around the house are subject to a one-way system with no-parking zones – we recommend using the public car parks within walking distance in the town center.
Our house is located right in the historic town center of Illingen in Saarland. From Beethovenstraße 12, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and the train station are all within walking distance, and the Illingen exit on the A1 motorway is just a few minutes away by car – a central base for exploring both the region and nearby France.
We rent out three independent apartments in the house, each with its own kitchen and bathroom:

We are currently fully renovating the entire house. Once the work is complete, freshly renovated, clean apartments in a mid-range standard will be available – right in the center of Illingen, with WiFi, bed linen and towels included, plus a washing machine in the basement for shared use.
