Our modern worker accommodation and apartments are located in 57614 Fluterschen in the Westerwald region, only a few minutes from the district town of Altenkirchen. The location is ideal for construction workers, technicians, companies and project teams looking for comfortable and easily accessible accommodation for their assignments in the region.

The five separate apartments are designed for 2, 4, 4, 7 and 9 persons and offer space for up to 26 guests in total. There are 13 bedrooms available, including 11 double rooms, one triple room and one single room. All rooms are equipped with comfortable single beds and are perfectly suitable for business stays and long-term rentals.

Each apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule and filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. In addition, each unit offers a comfortable living area with a 43-inch Full HD smart TV as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

Four of the five apartments also have a spacious balcony or terrace of approx. 10 square meters. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement for shared use. Private parking spaces are located directly behind the house and offer convenient parking for cars and vans.

Our accommodation is suitable for both short-term assignments and long-term projects. WiFi is of course available. Bed linen is provided, towels must be brought by guests.

All kitchen equipment including dishes, cutlery, pots and pans is provided for use and remains the property of the accommodation. In case of loss or damage, we reserve the right to charge accordingly.

All utilities are included in the price. We offer attractive conditions for corporate clients and discounts for long-term stays. Invoicing to company name is of course possible.
