We are renting out a cozy and well-equipped apartment in Bad Sobernheim (Bad Kreuznach district) for up to four people. It is ideal for vacationers, business travelers, or technicians and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Thanks to our newly installed Unify network, fast and stable internet is available—perfect for working from home, video conferences, or digital work on the go.

Living Area
A special highlight is the fireplace in the living room, which creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. We provide firewood free of charge. A comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping accommodations. Entertainment is provided by a projector with a screen and a high-quality, cinema-grade sound system. Streaming services are already pre-installed on both TVs and can be used with your own accounts.

Dining Area & Kitchen
The dining area features a wooden table with four chairs—ideal for dining, working, or a cozy evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cooking utensils, dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, an oven, and other appliances. There is seating by the window with a view of the garden.

Bedroom
The bedroom features a comfortable bed and a dresser with ample storage space. Adjacent to it is a small utility room or storage closet. Additionally, a small balcony is currently being added.

Bathroom
The bathroom is compact, modern, and functional, featuring a rain shower, a sink, and storage space for personal items.

Garden & Extras
A hot tub is available for use in the garden (€40 for the first day, €20 for each additional day).

A parking space is located directly in front of the house. If you are arriving with more than one car, please let us know in advance. A travel crib for small children is available upon request.

Leisure Activities
Information on leisure activities such as hiking, attractions, playgrounds, swimming pools, or saunas can be found in our guest folder. You will receive this after booking.
