Just a six-minute walk from the train station and close to the industrial area, Little Rose offers an ideal location for both business travelers and vacationers. Despite its central setting, you can enjoy peace and a touch of nature. A private parking space is available directly at the house; additional public parking is located nearby.

The modernly furnished apartment features a stylish round marble table in the living area as well as a fold-out desk in the bedroom – perfect for relaxed work or for enjoying a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

Bed preparation: Unless otherwise agreed, we prepare the sleeping arrangements as follows:
• 1 guest: The large king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) will be fully made.
• 2 guests: The king-size bed will be separated into two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm) in the bedroom.
• 3 guests: Both single beds as well as the sofa bed will be prepared.
• 4 guests: In addition to the above sleeping options, we provide a folding bed in the bedroom.
