The Wohlfühlwerk is a home for construction workers, vacationers, and anyone in our area looking for accommodation furnished with great attention to detail. We attach great importance to handing over the apartment to you sparkling clean, so that you can quickly and easily feel at home whether you are working or vacationing. The Wohlfühlwerk, in fact!

The vacation apartment is located in the basement of a quiet residential building and has a large bedroom with two beds, two armchairs, and a TV, as well as another smaller bedroom (see photo).
A spacious kitchen with a table, dishwasher, and refrigerator is also at your disposal.
The living room has a large window, flooding the room with light.
The kitchen and bathroom also have windows for ventilation.
Another bedroom has no window.

Wi-Fi is, of course, also available for free use.

The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, and, of course, detergent. There is also a vacuum cleaner for those who like to keep things clean.
We always strive to ensure that you'll never miss out on anything you need for your daily household needs and that you feel at home in our Wohlfühlwerk.

Parking is available in a spacious, mulched parking lot.
This is a corner building with a parking space available, even for a small van. Parking is free anywhere with a parking disc.

There's also a nice smoking area outside (see photos). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment—not even inside at the window.

A key safe allows for contactless check-in. You can check in at any time after the specified check-in time; you simply take the key for the house and apartment from the key safe using the code.
