We are offering a 50 sq m (500 sq ft) holiday apartment/worker's apartment in 48329 Havixbeck, in the heart of the Münsterland region. Münster is only 15 kilometers (9 miles) away, and there is quick access to the motorway. The rental price is €40 per day for one person and €30 per day for a second person. For rentals longer than four weeks, the price decreases to €30 per person, or €60 per day. You will receive an invoice before your rental period begins, or monthly for longer stays.

Arrival is possible from 1:00 PM, and departure must be by 11:00 AM. Alternative arrangements can be made by telephone.

The apartment is located in a residential area in the heart of the Baumberge hills. Shops for daily needs are within walking distance or a short drive of approximately 1000 meters.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
