Welcome to TOMASZ LIVING in Huck.

We rent furnished accommodation to companies only – for fitters, tradespeople and skilled workers. We do not rent to private individuals.

Own properties – no agency
We operate all accommodation ourselves: more than 900 beds in 23 cities across Germany. One contact person, one contract and one consolidated invoice for all locations. We only rent fully self-contained apartments and houses, no individual rooms.

Accommodation
Single, double and multi-bed rooms with single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and a washing machine of its own in every accommodation. Bed linen included. Parking in front of the building.

Location
The accommodation is located in Huck. Motorway junction Alpen (6): approx. 2.8 km. Train station Millingen: approx. 3.3 km. Bus stop Abzweig Bahnhof: approx. 200 m. Shopping (Netto Marken-Discount): approx. 500 m.

Prices (net per bed and night, for stays of 60 days or more)
Single room €28 · Double room €15 · Multi-bed room €14 · Entire accommodation €13.50
Final cleaning €150 net, minimum stay 7 nights. Shorter stays are considerably more expensive – our rental team will be happy to give you details. Move-in often within 24–72 hours, residence registration possible.
