CosyHomes24 was created because nobody needs that.
My name is Simon Arts, founder of CosyHomes24. Before providing accommodation myself, I worked for many years in HR and had to book housing for teams. I know exactly what matters.
That’s why we do things differently:
fully equipped, clean and functional apartments, reliable communication, and support before, during and after the stay. Several years on the market – transparent, professional, predictable.
Our apartments offer what teams really need: separate bedrooms, functional kitchens, bathrooms with washing facilities, fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs. And because people live there – not just sleep – we furnish everything to be functional and cozy.
