Host Profile

Team VAZ

2 years as a host
10 listings

VAZ founder Alexander Olschanski worked as a sales representative for several years across Germany and quickly recognized the challenges faced by business travelers: unfamiliar surroundings, accommodation in uncomfortable apartments and the vague feeling of being a stranger. Most of the accommodation was spartan and literally inhospitable. He was convinced that he had to offer guests something better and developed the vision of livable temporary accommodation in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region.

VAZ by KeyFaktor – at home on the road
Instead of an ordinary real estate company, a company was created with an absolute focus on the well-being of guests – to give them relaxation after a long day at work. There are now numerous apartments of different sizes in different cities that are more than just places to sleep. They offer a place of retreat and a second home with a feel-good atmosphere for skilled workers and fitters from every corner of the world. Because the best possible accommodation for people who sustainably strengthen German economic growth and the export market is close to the VAZ team’s heart.

Happy living made by VAZ – happy guests from all over the world
Since its founding, the team has worked hand in hand and passionately every day to further expand the network of employees, business partners and guests – based on trust, respect and shared success. The enthusiasm for quality and service
