The "Relax" apartment for construction workers is located on the first floor. This newly renovated, bright, 54 m² apartment consists of two rooms: a living room with a sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed) and a flat-screen TV, a huge dining table and two bar stools, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a spacious wardrobe, a kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linens are provided. If needed, our guests can also do their laundry; a new washing machine is located in the basement (in the laundry room). In good weather, our guests can also grill and soak up the sun outside on the spacious terrace (approx. 350 m² property). Here you can truly enjoy your privacy (closed to neighbors' view). Smoking is only permitted outside! There is a free parking space in front of the house (sign "Relax").
