This beautiful and cozy 2 room apartment with approx. 60sqm of living space is equipped with everything you need from the entrance to the floor mat to the bedtime, and offers you comfortable space for up to 3 people.

Washing machine is located in the laundry room.
Please don’t smoke in the apartment. There is the possibility to smoke in the staircase or conservatory.

Our accommodation was completely modernized in 2021.
First reference, and offers a very high technical standard thanks to free high-speed Wi-Fi and smart-screen TV 55 inches.
In addition, we pay great attention to cleanliness and coziness.

Living room with integrated kitchen, coffee maker toaster kettle microwave etc. cozy corner set and dining table.
As well as a large bedroom with 3 new box spring beds.
2 box spring beds could also be pushed together to form a double bed.
Winter garden and barbecue facilities are available.
The apartment is bright and friendly. and has everything you need.
If something is missing, just let us know. We try to fulfill every wish.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room.
If more space is needed we have in the same house a four-room apartment available up to a maximum of 6 people. Which is also advertised at assembler room de. (House Steffi)

We only rent the whole apartment, from 3 days. Up to 3 people.
Per day 60€ including final cleaning and utilities.
