We are a young and agile team led by Managing Director Christian Golovko, who, when founding the company, set out to create sustainable housing for long-term stays by technicians and other commuters in Hanover. For over five years now, we have been offering our customers professional and reliable services in this field.

Since the company was founded, both our portfolio and our network of partners have grown steadily. We currently offer over 350 beds at various locations in Lower Saxony, particularly in the Hanover region as well as in the districts of Peine, Hildesheim, and Salzgitter. Thanks to our large inventory of beds, we can also accommodate larger groups from a single source—and we have clear structures in place, such as regular maintenance rounds and a 24/7 emergency service.

We also have a broad network of reliable partners in the rental and lodging industry, so that even when we are fully booked, we can still provide you with a complimentary accommodation recommendation. We are not a lodging provider and therefore expressly do not offer daily rentals.
