A special advantage for companies is the optional bookable storage space of approx. 120 sqm, providing ample room for tools, materials, and machinery. Short distances between accommodation and storage significantly simplify everyday work.

Apartment 1 – Large Apartment (approx. 75 sqm, ground floor, separate entrance)
Ideal for larger teams or flexible project assignments.

One bedroom can be used as a triple room if required
Common room can optionally be converted into an additional bedroom

Apartment 2 – Smaller, Separate Apartment
Ideal for smaller teams who value peace and independence.

Equipment (both apartments):
Wi-Fi, TV in all bedrooms and living areas, fully furnished, bed linen included, weekly cleaning for longer stays. Fully equipped kitchens with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Heating via fireplace and infrared heating.
Outdoor Area & Location:
Quiet location, terrace with seating, shared barbecue area. Parking spaces directly at the house are included.

Viewings:
The apartments and storage area can be viewed by prior appointment – ideal for corporate clients who want to inspect the property in advance.
Prices depend on the number of persons, length of stay, and occupancy. Company bookings, long-term stays, and storage rental are available at attractive special rates.
