Handover and cleanliness
The flat is handed over swept clean and we expect it back the same way: dishes washed, rubbish taken out, no leftover food. If additional cleaning is needed, we charge it by the hour, 35 euros per hour or part thereof, documented with photos. Smoking is not permitted in the flat; odour removal is charged at 250 euros.
