Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 construction workers (2 people per room), with each worker having their own single bed, lockable wardrobe, and dining seating area - all in a stylishly furnished ambiance.

Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a 40-inch Smart TV and a washing machine in the basement that can be used without any additional cost. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.

Fast Wi-Fi is naturally available, and there is a wardrobe in the hallway as well as a small storage room in the apartment. Additionally, you have access to a basement of approximately 8 square meters for your own use.

The apartment is located in the quiet and popular district of Sankt Lorenz Süd, not far from the historic island of Lübeck, where you will find numerous shopping and entertainment options. The main train station can be reached in just 5 minutes by bus or a 10-minute walk, and public transportation is only 150 meters away from the apartment. Additionally, a REWE and Lidl are within walking distance for your daily shopping needs. Free parking is available on the street.
