Self-contained flat on an organic farm in Rauchenwarth — ideal for fitters and seasonal workers, 10 mins from Vienna Airport, near the S1 and A4.
Monthly flat rates (all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating, cleaning, laundry service, parking): 1 person €460, 2 people €800, 3 people €1,140 per month. Rooms can be rented individually (kitchen and bathroom are shared); preference is given to colleagues from the same company.
Fixed-term tenancy agreement with monthly invoicing. Payment in cash against receipt or by bank transfer by the 5th of the month. Security deposit: one month’s rent (€460–1,140 depending on occupancy), fully refundable upon proper handover. Registration with a registration form — we’re happy to help.
Wi-Fi available on request. Outdoor pool in summer. Strict no-smoking policy in the flat.
